Cancellation policy:
Registered participants that are unable to attend the conference will be able to request a refund of their registration fee.
Refunds requested before 15th August will be subject to a 25% service charge. Refunds requested before 15th September will be subject to a 50% service charge. There will be no refunds available after 15th September. All refund request must arrive in writing to Podium, s.a. on or before the specified dates.

Política de Cancelación:
Los participantes inscritos que no puedan asistir al Congreso podrán solicitar el reembolso del importe abonado. Se cargará un 25% por gastos de cancelación a las peticiones que lleguen por escrito a Podium, s.a. antes del 15 de agosto; y un 50% si llegan antes del 15 de septiembre. Después de esta fecha no se contempla reembolso alguno.
