Cancellation
policy:
Registered participants that are unable to attend the conference will
be able to solicit a reimbursement. Their will be a service charge of 25%
for written petitions arriving at Podium, s.a. before August 15; and 50%
for those arriving before September 15. After this date there will be no
reimbursement.
Política de Cancelación:
Los participantes inscritos que no puedan asistir al Congreso podrán
solicitar el reembolso del importe abonado. Se cargará un 25% por gastos
de cancelación a las peticiones que lleguen por escrito a Podium, s.a.
antes del 15 de agosto; y un 50% si llegan antes del 15 de septiembre.
Después de esta fecha no se contempla reembolso alguno.
